Wittman Regional Airport 2012 Economic Impact Study
Wittman Regional Airport is well-known as the home of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA). But did you know that Wittman is also home to over 25 local airport-related businesses and operations that create over 800 jobs in the local economy? In 2012, UW-Extension completed the fourth economic impact analysis of the businesses located at Wittman Regional Airport. In addition to the economic impact analysis of jobs and wages, this year’s study included a business climate survey to learn about what constraints may be facing the businesses located at the airport.
